INSPIRATION: "Personally I'm a big fan of TED Talks every time I'm watching despite the deep thinking to my life from different people's opinion, I always dream about standing on the stage of TED and speak out to the world my ideas. Also is because I genuinely experienced the case and I observed the current situation and learn a lot from it, so I would like to give myself a try in order to stand on greater stage of speech and talks."

INSPIRATION: "The current events with George Floyd have made me want to contribute to the topic, as well as share other problems and issues that make me really question what society is like for different people and how everyone experiences it. Racism is still very much prevalent, and it needs to be worked on. TEDX provides a space for me to talk about what I think is wrong, and what could be done, especially to support the BLM movement which is exactly what needs attention right now."

INSPIRATION: "I really like the theme for this year, and over the past year I myself have been contemplating what exactly makes your life, and how can you ensure satisfaction within yourself and how you're living. For me, reality check means truthfully evaluating yourself so that you are open to improve, and I would be very excited to talk about this subject. "

TOPIC: The relationship between mental health and the school system
INSPIRATION: "TED X is a serious platform, where people can discuss there opinons and both inspire and make people more open minded. I believe there are many kids that have many suggestions towards how schools can develop further and believe school is bad for them. By having TED x as a platform, I am able to touch on both opinons, discussing the pros of school aswell as the cons schools has from a teenagers perspective. Through TED X, there is a variety of audience, allowing this message to be recieved by different ages."

TOPIC: Reading is a portal into different times and places, and she constantly marvels at how the words of those who have lived through difficult times ring true when we are faced with a present crisis. Elise is grateful to have found her place in a vocation where she can share her passion for exploring what it is to be human with diverse young people. It's a crazy world out there, but there is so much beauty and wisdom to be discovered amidst the madness.
